Please note that we do not participate in all insurance networks. The most popular insurances we do NOT participate with include Davis/Superior Vision, Eyemed, and VSP. Please call our office to make sure we are in network with any insurance you plan on using before your appointment please. We do not process claims with insurance networks we do not participate with.

Meet the doctor
Dr. Miranda Collins graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor’s in Science degree in Biology as well as a Bachelor’s in Vision Science degree from Nova Southeastern University. She completed her Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2009. She went on to complete her residency training in the Muskogee VA Medical Center in Oklahoma. She rotates between the Sweetwater, Dayton and Rockwood locations.
Dr. Collins is a member of the American Optometric Association and Tennessee Association of Optometric Physicians. She likes to hike and enjoy the outdoors with her husband and dogs in her free time.
